What I did

  • Meta Ads for specific medical services, aimed at the patients who'd need them.
  • Google Ads on healthcare search terms.
  • SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical fixes, a content plan.
  • Websites: the main hospital site, the news portal, the seminar and webinar platforms, and the site for the 20th anniversary.
  • Tested buttons, pictures and landing pages to see which got more people to book or ask.
  • Kept all of it running: updates, fixes, working with the back-end team.
